@@rburnett6266 high tide is at 2:00 a.m. and the height is well depending on your area. On the coast from Crystal River North they are expecting storm surge of 20 ft. Of course in the southern counties the storm surge is going to go down less and less. But it's still going to be pretty darn high.

We don't usually have any more than a handful of deaths during hurricanes. It's mostly property damage that is the issue every since our warning systems have become so effective. The last hurricane in my area had only two deaths and both were from falling trees on a mobile home. One was a child though. :(
