Hurricane Milton is making its way through Florida after making landfall. Milton will stay a hurricane as it moves across the Florida peninsula.

I greatly appreciate straight-forward reports and information! Even highlighting the hurricanes place among all SE USA storms. There is too much hyperbole and sensationalism in media today that is centered on baiting for more viewers or dreams of a pulitzer prize. I greatly applaud this presentation!

That wait for landfall, not knowing when and how big. It wears you out to watch the forecast for days, when it slowed down I thought it might stop. I had a 12ft or more tall cactus it fell one by one from the back pushing all the front "logs" over, snapping from the base. The tree turned into many trees, blossoms from June all through September. In the past it would blossom in June and then again in Sept. Each flower 6-7" in diameter bloom from 11 pm until 7 am longer if it's cloudy, the heat forces the flowers to close early
