It's very important that people take vitamins because we don't get a lot of the nutrition that we need for my food that we buy from supermarkets. A lot of food that we eat is not good for our digestive system. So many things can be avoided especially chronic illnesses and autoimmune diseases if we eat right and take vitamins to help give us the stuff that we're not getting for my food.
