This is exactly what I needed to hear. I just lost my husband of 14 years on September 25, 2021. He was the love of my life. My best friend, husband and father to our two sons. Hearing his testimony resonated with me on every level. It hurts to breathe most days but I know he is in a far better place and he is at peace. We looked forward to a lifetime together. Unfortunately it was cut short but God needed him more. If I had only known the last time we saw each other would be the last time, I would have held him as long as I could. Sooo true! I'm blessed to have had love like this. It was so intense and beautiful. My fiancé, my partner in life, James, showed me love like this. He passed away a few months ago. I'm just now catching my breath from it. But I know he is well on that side. It is me that needs to live my purpose so that I may one day, see James again in the fields of gold. I miss him so much. I just read that the baby passed away 18 days after he was born. I admire this man's strength! I lost my daughter 45 minutes after birth. That was 6 years ago. I know how he feels to lose someone so loving like her. I lost my fiancee who passes away in my arms on the 9th May 2021. I got to know her value more after she passed away. I really miss her so much, I never knew I could be lonely again (I will have to start searching for another good lady in my 30s). She was so kind, caring, and loving. For years we knew each other, we never had a fight or quarrel. She never upset nor insult me once. When I play some songs on my phone every night, I weep, hoping I could see her one more time. I lost my wife 23 months ago to ALS. Even though we had 19 months from diagnosis to her passing, the grief at her passing was initially debilitating. I also had things I wanted to say at her funeral. But I was unable to speak. So I had the pastor read it for me. Solomon wrote in Proverbs that he who finds a wife finds a good thing. And that was my experience. Every good thing in my life is due to her. I know that it is part of God’s perfect plan. But it was pretty difficult difficult to endure then.

Not every complication of childbirth can be managed succesfully, especially in a non-hospital setting.. It could have been amniotic fluid embolus,which can cause sudden cardiovascular collapse.

I am so sorry for this gentleman. Becoming a widow so young traumatically is absolutely devastating. He lost his beloved wife, best friend, and mother of his children. He also lost all their future dreams and plans. I hope with his children by his side he can find a small light of hope. I’m so thankful I found your video tonight. The message you shared completely touched my heart. I mourn my wife today 12/29/22 as she suffered a brain aneurysm on Christmas Day in the evening of 2020 while getting ready to shower. The doctors held her on life support for 4 days and her father flew in and gave the ok to disconnect w/o considering or even asking me. I feel your pain so much brother in Christ as we share a son as well who had just turned 5yo a month before her untimely and sudden “blink of an eye” tragedy. I really needed to find something such as this because many times I find myself mad at God, angry with him, and have lost faith. Tonight sir you helped restore some of that, and I’m forever thankful for your encouraging speech for your beloved wife. I miss my wife everyday of my life these passed two years and I hurt so much for her daughter, who thankfully I was able to legally adopt after her passing. I call her my wife but we were not legally married, just common law with 6 yrs together. Gelisa, I will always love you and you will forever be my best friend! Then , Now, & Forever. We were also very young, I was 28 & she had just turned 31 on the 12th of dec. Such an unexpected tragedy similar to yours. I’m so sorry to read you lost your son as well what a heartbreak you have endured…. I too had another loss one year later after my wife passed, my mother fell victim to Covid at 49yo. I pray for you sir, and the many others who know this gut wrenching grief as it truly can tear you apart. I’m thankful to be able to vent here as I don’t speak to many since her passing. I leave with this, continue to be the great loving man you sound to be, and may God hold you close to him as you and your wife have done. God bless you in this journey, much love.

We'd spent 33 years together - through ups and downs, through happy and sad, money and no sight of money w no work.... I so admire your strength and courage but most of all your faith it shows in your speech and I know your wife is truly proud of you! 7 1/2 yrs ago my daughter was killed and 16 months later my husband died suddenly I was mad at God and blamed him your strength is so amazing I wished I had that much at my time of loss but little did I know at that time that I would find God again and my relationship with him is stronger now than its ever been!! Unfortunately, some people never get to know love. It isn't out of cruelty that they give a thumbs down... it's out of envy and the pain of never being accepted by someone else in such a pure way. We call it a better place because we live on Earth for a short time but our souls will live forever in Heaven or burn forever in hell.
