Just started watching this series yesterday. Will say as far as the battle goes. You have the industry to make Howitzers. Which can destroy the walls before your men attack. There's a reason people stopped putting walls around cities. And the Howitzers would have been available at this time would be accurate to 5 kilometres. The Prussians knew how to make artillery.

To your question: I don't think you will win. Since those 2 towers will probably have sight on your men as there is no cover from the forest to the wall, I'd suggest you do an encirclement and go at them at speed, by attracting their men to the forest point and then going in from behind where they are weak and attacking them. That's how it usually works out. It's what some call an ambush.

Running across a open field against walled in enemies doesn't sound like you will win. I think the better plan would be to blockaid the town and make them come out to fight you.
