Really enjoyed learning from Coach when he came to Memphis awhile back. I am very grateful for him making time to speak with me for a long while on concepts and application. Awesome guy!

This part of the program is twice a week isn't it? A light and heavy day, then 2 explosive days as well nest ce pas?

Is each station’s movement the same weight? Or does weight vary according to each station’s movement?

Is that specific attachment for the single leg squat added on to the machine or just a separate single leg stand alone piece?
