I'm not paying anymore, we already pay over $200 a month & we are farmers our prices are at where we are loosing money, so I don't want to have to pay anymore to watch TV/Ftball it's ridiculous, more money to take from us!! The Starbucks comparison isn't valid. The issue isn't the $6. It's that most of us already pay for tv service(that includes nbc). If I paid for a Starbucks subscription that included one drink per day and then one random day they decided to say "your drink is going to cost $6 today", I'd be annoyed as I fork over the money.

I was laughing when I heard NU fans saying Nebraska would be 7-0 going into Ohio State. Nebraska hasn't made a 6 win bowl game in almost a decade. Are they better? Yes. However there are no gimme games for Nebraska. Just assuming Nebraska would walk through the first 7 games was insane.

Important game to fix the issues, but year 2 in a build-up for what frost left here. Oregon State ran for 300 against purdue- - Huskers need to get that running game going. Maher was on the sideline and couldn't do much until he was hired- now that he is, he can focus on the details the kickers are getting all bunched up over.

I haven’t done the math but what was the average ranking of offenses(total offense) that NU played last year. Will the offenses this year rank higher. That may say a lot about a three man front in the big ten.

Far as peacock, I’m not giving networks my money and viewership until the reffing is better. Our 2 biggest games were absolute intolerable messes from refs. I will support the team obviously but enough is enough with these refs deciding games.

It’s not just me biased fan, I’m a fan of other teams in the NFL etc and it’s nothing like the reffing Nebraska gets in football over and over.

Way too early to say if Nebraska is any good. Good teams don’t have 60 yards in personal fouls. Good teams make their FG and have good punt/kick off coverage. Good teams score points in OT. Nebraska didn’t even get positive yardage in OT.

I don’t care what anyone says, I hate this conference. It’s a joke in each & every way except the paycheck. Even then we got screwed by the big 10 and their vesting requirement, which didn’t seem to apply to every new addition. Refs are terrible and one sided. Games are incredibly boring. The league totally caters to Michigan & especially Ohio State. Basketball officiating might possibly be the worst at any level of basketball. Games are far away. We have no longstanding rival. Go ahead and rip me. Tell me it’s all about the $$$$. Kinda interesting, considering we have been performing at our worst level in 60 years despite the boost we were told the big 10 money would give us.

Back in the 90s blah blah blah. Move on. We aren't going back because 90s football doesn't exist anymore. Nebraska has to find a way to be relevant in the 21st century and leaving the big 10 isn't the answer.
