Now I believe the vet bill that came with my 11-year old rescue Shiba Inu saying they removed 20 teeth. 😮 So glad they paid that bill and another surgery on one of her mammary glands. She’s 14.5 now and has amazing endurance, though slower now. ❤❤❤❤

Our vet in Rome doesn't want it for our 15 years old dog...we know sick tooth caused liver sickness...he said "we have to die , somehow". But I really don't know what to do...

Squirt is my beloved abused rescue chewinnie. Squirt is 14 yrs old. Three months ago he had seven teeth removed. I was worried. He's my best friend. He came through it like a champion. Seven days of antibiotics once a day. Seven days of pain medication one half pill twice a day Squirts vet pointed out and this applies to Jamie and Sherpa. Our dogs have been well taken care of all their lives. Good food, good treats, consistent quality vet care and a life time of love and security. Individually and as a group all these things in my vets opinion matter and make big differences especially in older dogs. Squirt and I are so tickled that Sherpa and Jamie are back home safe.

The sweet teddybear is SUCH a brave boy. Dental surgery is not fun but Sherpa is a real trooper!! It's the hardest thing in the world to watch as your most beloved in the world ages and mobility gets slower. Our dog, Nipper, had all his teeth removed when he was 14. We had to switch him to soft food, and he did fine. Poor Sherpa. Sending my love to both of you.
