A year went by so fast. After coming to his new house, Sherpa got snow, he saw the northern lights,Key came for a sleep over, Nook and family came over for Chistmas,he has his own huge garden and he can sleep on the grass as much as he wants and he had 18 teeth removed and woke up handsomer. Amazing!! I wish you both years and years of good health and a happy life.

So many memories. This Sunday my 72 year old Mom moved in with my husband and I. She had a bad illness and is recovering nicely but uses a walker. The next door neighbor kids got a laugh out of my Mom's toilet chair. I had to quit my job to stay home and take care of her. She needs me to be bath and medication aid. I can do that. Took nurse classes in college.

The pay isn't great, but it's the most rewarding job one can ever have. I took a year and a half off from working to take care of my now ex-husband's son (he's permanently disabled), and I had never had a single nursing class nor worked as a CNA before then. I only had the experience of having been a mom, so it came naturally. Would I do something similar again? In a heartbeat.

Whilst I'm sure Sherpa loves his new garden and home, the main thing in his life is You Jamie. As a dog all that really matters is being with you.
