He came straight back cos he knows where it's best to be - with Jamie, Granny, Nook, Sarah, Jodie, Biscuit Lady and Key... And treats of course! My brother's last dog, when he got old, was still physically very active but started to lose a bit of sight and hearing. Sadly, on walks, he used to panic and think he'd lost my brother and sister in law, and he'd stop and look around, then run after whoever he could see. It was pointless calling him because he couldn't hear. They had a few scary moments like that until he slowed down physically. It was sad seeing him get confused during that time.
