They work great for starting green brush piles. A nice investment for your tree service 👍

Most of my brush piles I burn are fairly dry. I have used a blower to get fires started.

I have a gas backpack blower and a handheld electric blower and I use them all the time year round even in winter to blow snow off vehicles and walkways, but they don’t work with the heavy wet snow, got a snowblower for that. Leaf blowers are such a handy tool to have around the house, shop, and wood yard and don’t know how I ever lived without them.

I'm just a homeowner, but when my circa 2000 Craftsman blower/vac started giving me issues around 2015, I decided that if I was going to replace it, i wasn't going with a compromise. I bought this same blower and have loved it. Only use it a couple times a year, but wow, does it work well.
@TheWoodSnob5 ай бұрын
It's a great tool right along side the weed burner for getting that scrap pile going 😊
@BertsCustomCuts5 ай бұрын
Yup. But the scrap pile will get hauled down to the low spot again in fall again.

I run one for most of a tank. Its like you have to reprogram your brain. As your muscles on one side get more of a workout. As your basically strapping a small jet to one side of your body. . I do recommend a basic face mask, for non stop sawdust blowing.

Bert, what brand 2- stroke oil and at what mix ratio are you running in your blower and saws?

We use the Husqvarna oil mixed 50:1 in everything.
