Thanks man, the Husky has been a great bike so far. Looking at the TE 300 for my next bike. Love the terrain and trails over there in Hawaii...

@@ChrisCameron1984 No problem, that TE 300 will be sick! Cant go wrong with new huskys. Ive been wanting a TE150i for the longest as a pitbike to play around with. Just with covid thing creating new riders it exploded the bike demand and sky rocketed all the pricing so ima just wait it out lol

@@MicahManago I've been riding out in the desert for several years now and the number of riders out here has tripled, easy. Definitely driving the prices up. I'm really happy with the Husky and looking forward to the TE 300. Had a chance to ride one the other day and loved it.

@@ChrisCameron1984 Heck yeah man, its one hell of a sport. Dont worry, the crowds will slowly fade away once their "new hobby bug" disappears lol. Right on bro, wish you safe rides and a great rest of 2022!

Thanks, bike is still running strong at 350 hours. I bought the extended brake pedal from Amazon here is the link. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XR1JM66/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

@@ChrisCameron1984 thanks for your answer. In these 350 hours, what parts have you changed on the motorcycle?

@@MOTOSYMOTOCICLTETAS Other than the extended brake pedal the bike is still bone stock. I had thought about changing the air forks to KYB but after playing around with the compression and rebound I found they worked better than I expected.

I would like to ask you the clutch issue, Is the slave cylinder of clutch that went out? Or the inside metal/friction plates?
@ChrisCameron1984
@ChrisCameron1984 5 ай бұрын
I was hoping it was only the slave cylinder but unfortunately it was actually a defect in the friction plates. I have over 300+ hours with the new clutch and no issues at all.

Hello mate , hows the bike holding up now and what rebuild internals have you stuck to?

The bike is still running strong. I don’t ride it as much since I’m racing the TX 300 most of the time.

What oil did you use to reach 350 hrs? without any problems, best regards 🔥
@ChrisCameron1984
@ChrisCameron1984 Жыл бұрын
I used MOTOREX Cross Power 4T 10W/50 for every oil change on the FC 450. I think more importantly is the frequency of oil changes. I never went over 10 hours without changing the oil. Essentially I changed the oil every week.

Has anything else independent of the clutch failed in the 350 hours of use? 🤓🤓🤓
@ChrisCameron1984
@ChrisCameron1984 Жыл бұрын
No, so far the bike is still running strong at 350 hours. The clutch problem was probably due to a faulty part which Husky replaced for free. I would buy this bike again without hesitation if I was looking for a new 4 stroke. 👍

Yes I still have this bike 2022 Husky FC 450. It currently has 270 hours on it and still going strong, no issues so far. This is my primary racing bike and I did have trouble starting on the last race but that was related to not charging the battery before the race. I love the bike and will either have the top end rebuilt, when it needs it, or purchase the 2023 FC 450. I know they made changes for 2023 with the frame and engine positioning. Adding an additional 4lbs., 226lbs dry. Not a big deal but I'm not sure the 2023 changes are enough to make me trade in the 2022.
