Husqvarna K770 Power Cutter Fuel Leak Repair

Customer complaint is that the Husqvarna K770 power cutter saw is leaking fuel. I'll inspect the tank for leaks then show you how to remove the carb and gain access to the fuel hoses. #smallenginerepair

6:56 how did you get that intake to seat so easily? I have to take long handle pliers where the one screw goes in and make it fit in place. Even then it tries to pop out.

A lot of work for a simple issue. Do you have every bolt and screw memorized or just the ones a pia? Are there tricks to it? Or just doing hundreds? Great video. Take care.

I never gave it much thought but I guess I have a lot of different models sorta memorized to some extent. The only trick I can offer that you might see in these videos is sometimes I put screws in piles depending on what they came off of. Sometimes I don't but thats ok, I like puzzles.

I used to do that with a car carb. Just sharing. I’ve been using tHe magnetic screwdriver strips. I screw them to my bench. Example, bottom for front and top for back. Hope this helps someone. Take care.

I need help for the same model on a fuel issue. Customer ran a saw with straight gas and you know the rest. Replaced the jug and piston and all fuel lines and filter good compression but will not start. Maybe he toyed with the high low jets and throttle I just don't know. What is the factory settings for the carb. I've tried everything including replacing the carb and still the same thing

Hello sir, one question i can put both saw blades 12" and 14" on the same machine or i need different machine for 12" and 14"?

If you have a 14" machine you can run the smaller blade if needed. A 14" blade won't fit a 12" saw.
