They are different. Condenser Pump is used for circulating water for the cooling tower of the chiller.

OK sir.ek question h sir.mai currently central air conditioning plant me work kar raha hu. water cooled chiller ke liye jo condenser line hota h usme jo cooling tower se water aata h uske liye pump to required hai.par jo return line hai jo condenser se cooling tower me ja raha hai,usme pump use nahi kiya hai.give me reason sir.plz

Pump is given only on one side of the line which will cover both supply and return pipe.
