good topic. I would add to "irritate the pain" in their. off topic- I like the background screen insert but I recommend getting a boom or changing your mic (or room) for your videos.

Please make a vedeo on how to deal with an architect on selling products. I visit architects for my HVAC sales

People love all the information on the comfort you can provide, just make sure they are seated when you get to the part about price involved with getting that comfort. Same goes for IAQ, I am a believer in most air cleaning devices and quality filters. But they cost way more money than the standard 1" pleated filter. I currently work as an HVAC tech, and am glad I'm not a selling tech any more. Been there done that, show up and see the 15yr old HVAC system then start building the "List" of all the things that could go wrong with it. And then "Set the Lead" for the Comfort Advisor. Because who wouldn't want the peace of mind that a new HVAC system would provide. You wouldn't want to risk your family's comfort on that old system would you? Sometimes people just want their equipment fixed, and thats it no sales pitch.

Thanks for the comments! You said it best at the end. “No sales pitch”. We best serve our clients when we educate them on all their options and allow them to choose whatever they feel is best. When we do this at the highest level, we don’t have to sell them stuff, they just want to buy stuff from us. To sell is to serve. It’s not something we do “to” someone, it’s something we do “for” someone

Lol, salesman talks about what my "customers " need and not what I need...

If you first focus on helping others get what they want or appreciate, you will then get all the things you want. Nobody is more important than our customers. They are the reason we all have a pay check. This “putting others before self” has served me very well. Happy to assist you any way possible! How can I be of contribution?

Had few sales people came to my house Asking me the same question I’ve already knew where he’s heading . I let him do his presentation Then I told him all your prices are crazy . Then he asked did you get some quotes I told him yep 15000 for a complete system is insane . The problem with sales specialist what they called them Are not knowledgeable,I already knew what I wanted before the sales came Did all my research how much it cost Don’t fucking send me a sales person with a sales menu presentation With 3 options They called it Good Better and Best which one do you like ? Fuck you
