Enjoy the videos brother! one trick I learned thought id share for set screw tightening: is going 1turn tight then one turn back then one turn tight one turn back and a final turn tighter every time it'll get a little further and tighter Cheers!

If your box temp was in the 50's and your suction pressure was like 40, (saturation like 5f) I would check that the valve was feeding properly. If the suction line wasn't freezing then super heat out of the evap is well over 30 degrees. Im not saying I would want a frozen suction line, but to me that would seem like a restriction somewhere. I would suspect another underlying issue with that system.

if the box is 50 his pressure at start up should of been 70-80 for 404A his valve is starving

From what I've seen, most larger type buildings that have restaurants as part of the building, all have air conditoned garbage disposal rooms. I believe it is code for New York City. Large infestations out here from waste. Thank you! Stay tuned for new videos every week🔧⚡️🤙
