Do you ever refill refrigerant and add leak seal with uv dye? any thoughts on that?

I have done both in the past. The leak seal works good with micro leaks. Anything bigger and it won't work. The UV dye is ok. It's always been hit or miss for me. I Prefer to just use nitrogen and leak bubbles

Is csst acceptable to go straight from the gas cock to the gas valve??

I really like using the DR82 in the "manual zero" mode. Seems to be a little more consistent. If you are sure you must have a leak, but you're coming up dry in Auto zero mode. Try putting it in the manual zero mode and see what you think. 😎👍

Seems like it could be a restriction in the line with high superheat and high subcooling. What do you think?

With a piston system, You would typically see a higher than normal head pressure if there was a restriction.

Some genius wrote the capacitor size right on the unit in big blue letters. Now the whole neighborhood can read it. Now it stained the paint and it won't come off 😱 (I'm joking in case it's not obvious)
