What I like about these new cars is how smooth they are. But even the Coquette is a joy to drive despite being a bit rough on kerbs. What's crazy is that the Dominator and the Benefactor felt even smoother when I tried them on project homecoming. These are literally the best cars we got in years

@@broughy1322 I love the Coquette particularly. Similar to the S2000 from the Tuners update, it has a proper camera that's nice and close to the car, not raised up in the air, and has a proper damage model as well.

Yeah, this video was definitely fast, but I'd rate it in the B tier for racing. While it has an impressive top speed, it falls short in terms of cornering and acceleration. These factors are crucial for overall performance on the track.

Yeah, the Niobe with HSW is now my favorite car. It use the be the LaCourse but one thing about the LaCourse is because it’s small and light, it sometimes act like a go kart . I don’t know how to describe it. The Niobe on the other hand feels much more balanced and you can feel the weight more..

Paragon is my fav from this dlc. Love how noticable the 50% front and 50% rear power is. And the body roll and the weight of the car is very noticable too. I love it.

Fact finding video suggestion: A very small number of cars seem to have a significant performance difference between PS5 & PC, which really needs investigating. Most of the cars which gained time/tiers with the PS5 retesting were ones we already knew were faster on PC. But there's a few cars (such as the Tailgater S, Coquette D1) which now appear to be so much faster on PS5 than PC. It would be so useful to re-test say 3-6 selected cars on PC to compare with PS5. See if the apparent difference in performance is real. (Maybe it's due to the changes made to E&E to decouple FPS from car performance?) A friend & I tried for two days (on PC) to find a track to race the Coquette D1 on for a playlist. We provisionally assigned it to tier D and tried different types of track, but on every single track the D1 was multiple seconds slower than the Savestra. In the end we gave up, dropped to tier E and found it slotted in neatly between the Pigalle & Z-type.

Kind of crazy some of these HSW cars are reaching realistic-ish speeds now ( in fact the Niobe is slightly faster than it's IRL counterpart )

I'm happy that the euros x32 it's not that slow. Usually i look in first person to see the (not really accurate)top speed and omg i'm so happy that it wasn't the real top speed at all. According to the game the car was barely reaching 100 mph. The speedometer is really broken on this one. The coquette d1 and the Envisage have a pretty accurate speedometer (i have only those other two i don't know about the others).

the irony that the fucking i8 of all cars is the 2nd fastest land vehicle in the game in a straight line and beats out almost every single OPEN WHEELER around a track is absolutely hilarious. you can't make that up not to mention the BULLET is faster than a 3 million dollar Hypercar by 2 mph is insanely funny. this update isn't great but the cars and their performance are some of the best we've got

God every car in this DLC is amazing they really do drive well. I personally don’t care about lap times that much anymore but man do these cars look and feel great. The Niobi has some really cool details too and looks honestly better than the BMW I8

I may be in a minority but I really like this update - the slightly strange thing is I didn't get to play most of it for about an hour after downloading; the first thing I did was buy a D1, and it just clicked with me, I loved driving it around, and then I went and did a few laps of some of my favourite tracks with it....and then suddenly realised 'Oh yeah, bail bond work and dispatch missions'!

Broughy, absolutely enjoyed the video, just a quick question, does the Paragon S have downforce/traction bonus when you equip the default spoiler like the T20 and the Virtue? Or you have to get a spoiler customization to get downforce/traction bonus like most other cars? Thanks.

It doesn’t have an active spoiler like the t20 or virtue, so needs a spoiler option added in lsc that is anything but the highest default option in the list. More here gtacars.net/gta5/upgrades

Have the Euros X32 (HSW) changed up the tiers of the coupés class? The 4 top vehicles now seems too far apart from each other in lap time to be lumped altogether in S tier. I guess your most likely choice would be to have the Euros X32 (HSW) on its own at the top while preserving the balance of the other 3 now in A tier?

Interesting. I watched a drag race of the Pipistrello vs the Virtue and the Virtue seemed to have better acceleration. Plus, according to your testing, it also has slightly higher top speed. But the Pipistrello still got better lap time. What gives? Is it due to better grip/cornering/handling?
