This is only simply replace work.....not can explain ....why this replacement......

At the beginning of the video you see some inspection and the specifications as well which can lead you to the cause. Also calibration procedure is required anytime you replace the Electric Motor. Anyway, we many other videos are on the way including HEV with more details on the diagnosis aspect.
