Epic to see Pal take the Scout Zero to the air. He's definitely the first to fly a helico with the Zero 🤩

Beautiful story, if that's an ad, it's for the future of adventurism, and having fun expanding our horizons. Thanks to a couple guys who's technical expertise has helped move the course of history, each in their own ways. We can more easily look foward to the future, when we see how a select few are already living in it! Thanks for for the bettering of humanity with your personal contributions, decollage sur la lune! This is the most supportive and motivating comment we have received. Sure you are exaggerating here. I just wanted to fix my flat land paragliding problem and you label it as changing the course of history:-) But certainly your words are rewarding. Thank you.

The laboratoire d'envol site, has made diy paraglider construction accessable to the world. Pal Takats if I am correct was the kid back in 1991, who was either from checkoslavakia(@the time), or Slovenia and was perhaps the son of an eastern European factory worker mother, and understood fabric construction better than the developers of (old-school) paragliders. The nowadays still groundbreakers of designs (luc armant, thierry barboux, pierre bouilloux, richard gallon). And as sad as it is that those last two names are only still with us in spirit, that's the beauty of our favorite feral sport. They live on within us.The developments of air'G, for strictly acro-parapentists, was a passion of one of guy, an everyday guy that even invited me to learn paraglider construction from him and rent his attic in the south of France. Me being 19 at the time, and having tried a few "on radio" test (ACPULFS @ the time) " guided siv flights" felt the path ahead was too many decades away from where they have gotten us to today. The passing of Pierre and Richard, saddened us all deeply, as they were the first rock-stars of the sport. But knowing how many dozens if not hundreds of hours we spent sharing the same thermals, across the sites of annecy to gourdon and all stops in between, comforts me to this day. That they were watching out for me, always with beta on sites safety and "zones-d@ngereux" every where we flew together. That religiously motivated feeling we get doing what man for thousands of years had only dresmt of, makes me feel they are our still our "guardians", if you will. That extra voice inside we'll listen to and let drown out our ego or super-id one , in favor of the smart decision on any given sketchy situations on any given day. So as pal takats took the sport and its construction methods foward with his behind the scenes knowledge. And scout paragliding advances the application of hybrid-paragliding, the future is where will be soon landing. Thanks to so many countless individuals. So with the adventures opening up to us, we all have plenty to anticipate. Even a 52 going on 25year-old such as myself. Imagine if nuclear-diamond-batteries become available in the next advancement. The ability to travel the globe with little more than a hike & fly backpack, will be a reality. One that could never have happened if we weren't all dreaming of it. And in groundbreakers, trail blazers such as yourselves, is only happening on behalf of the few individuals efforts. But will become a benefit to so many of us within the next decade. So I am not flattering nor being a sycophant in honestly appreciating, the ever-humble riskier risk-takers. Thanks for your commitment and bravery, you're good men( and women of course)(@%^(!/))look out of any window, on any evening, any day! Peace ,love, hang-ten California! Vancouver, BC.
