To be fair, testosterone has been so stereotyped that we overlook that it's a hormone that makes men more calm and collected. I've heard doctors diagnose stressed yelling and agitation in men as a sign of low testosterone.

Poin I can take from this vid 1. Your body adjust based on your habits 2. Fat is feature, not enemy. 3. The more work, the more change happened to your body. 4. Sleep is essential
@maks_i.
@maks_i. 11 ай бұрын
fat is definitely the enemy (well, body fat, at least) -- if you didn't catch it, he meant that being fat is your body adapting to your "fat habits", so it's a "feature" (of a bad lifestyle). Do cardio, lift weights, eat healthy, and you get the feature of a good lifestyle -- looking good.

A good strategy is to compliment yourself, high-five yourself in the mirror, and take note of the positive things about the day. That helps me a lot. Best of luck. Because it's a sign of control and confidence. If you have to shout from the rooftops that you're good at something then you are probably insecure because why insist to everyone you're good at something when no one even asked. If someone is actually confident in their skills they just do what they do like normal because they have nothing to prove. Then there's the fact that this level of control is very impressive. It's a sign of incredible strength that he can hang upside down while doing push-ups and talk as if he's just sitting and chatting with you. Thanks for reading.

I stopped drinking and smoking weed. I'm about 2 weeks sober so far and I feel like a completely different person. I've been smoking and drinking since I was 16. I'm 30 now and that feeling "high on life" is actually working for me. I've been so addicted to being on something that I'm now enjoying this new "high" and clarity is so nice. It's a everyday struggle but I'm hoping I can defeat this. Edit:I'm now 6 weeks sober, kicking ass and dropping weight still. My only trouble is caffeine and junk food now but my cravings for weed and alchohol are completely gone. Thanks for the encouragement youtube comment section
