Hey dude, I am only a few seconds in, and I love your energy, and I love the illustrations. The sound quality really bothers me though. I recommend a good, but inexpensive microphone. I personally use the Blue Snowball. I also recommend some inexpensive sound barriers on your wall. And finally, there is free software out there for sound editing. I think that with those changes, you will go very very far! Even with just a few seconds, I can see that you are a man with a talent to teach!

Yes i am sure. Polyclonal antibodies (PAbs) are a mixture of antibodies that are secreted by different B cell lineages. These antibodies are actually a collection of immunoglobulin molecules that react against a specific antigen, each identifying a different epitope on an antigen.

its basically somatic cell hybridisation right? But there is AN IMPORTANT THING that cell lines produced from Somatic Cell Hybridisation results in random deletions of chromosome so how are the fused cell capable of forming Monoclonal Antibodies seperated from other cell lines?? i.e., containing chromosome for making Antibody??

I have a doubt. Myeloma cells are immortal so how would they die after fusion ??? Even if they lack HGPRT but they are immortal in nature

the immortality come from the fact that they can devide unimitedly. If the division capacity is blocked then are no more immortal

They will be able to cause cancer like growth if implanted inside any organism. In the atificial situation they show infinite growth

It was a part of my presentation and after some research I got to know that the myeloma cells are genetically altered in two ways so they aren't harmful
