Hycross review after 12000 kms | A little bit of us

Top variant is almost 40 lakh on road price in kerala. But the display console is very poor. Camera clarity is very pathetic and there is no wireless charging and wireless android auto and apple carplay even in top end variant. I plan to purchase the top hybrid variant but totally confuse with the poor display and the torque issue. Now I have two options Safari top variant and innova hycross zx(o). Can you please suggest which one I should opt. Now even for a 20 lakh car we have navigation in driver steering console.

It's a tough decision! If you are looking for a better automobile, definitely go for Toyoya. But if ur priority is electronic featuers, then u can consider Mahindra XUV 700 or Tata Safari. But safari is an extended version of 5 seater Harrier. In this segment D1, completely newly designed vehicle are Hycross and Scorpio N. Also the longest wheel base is with Hycross, ie, 2850 mm. If ur priority is an off road vehicle, then Scorpio N is better. But if u r looking for a gentle family vehicle with more space, thn Hycross can be the choice. Its a tough choice 😊.. Happy driving 🥰

@@jaweedhamdan depends on ur budget. If u can afford 34 lakhs, definitely go for the low end of hybrid. Otherwise go for pure petrol which costs 25 lakhs. This version also a very good choice in terms of comfort n mileage. Happy driving

@sangeethanair1374 last two months I was searching KZbin user reviews of Innova hycross and hybrid and crysta, Crysta automatic gear not available so am not interested, then 2 options hycross and hybrid. Some vedios users says we get only 4 km extra in hybrid. Normal hycross 12 km milage and hybrid. 16 km milage. But for this 4 km extra milage we should pay 9 lakhs extra. That 9 lakhs We can pay for petrol, We will use maximum 10,000 km per year. And after 5 years we should change battery 🔋 kit also. So my decision collect some more reviews from users of both and buy One. Now I have toyota etios liva diesal 2012 model, it's in still good condition after running 1,70,000 km and getting good milage also. For maintenance am spending every year 50k. Then also it's good quality car.

In a recent trip of 1100 kms across Tamilnadu, i got 15.5 kms overall mileage in hycross Gx.

nice presentation maam n sir..beautiful video.may god bless you all...i am confused between hycross gx(o) 7 seater - alcazar 2024 petrol signature 6/7seater top end ..also i am ready to wait for carens x line luxury top end whnever its launched...I want to upgrade from my current wagon r 2010 ...whch is ur suggestion...all my family member height is max 5 ft 4 inches and lesser..i prefer 6/7/8 seater and alcazar/upcoming carens facelift is added only due to additional features..alcazar n n carens give all superb luxury features which i truly luv...hycross is super spacious n best ride quality than alcazar or carens..hycross brand value and reliability r superb..but features r too less including no cruise control...i think my kind of driving that too mainly short trips in cities, mileage is not an issue..all four will give normal mileage ...plz advice.. though heart n soul r still tilted towards Hycross being a die hard toyota fan even with lesser features n with out cruise control, the brain is heading towards alcazar signature/carens petrol top end due luxury features...also fear of dct and these features might give problems in long run...I am not sure..wats ur suggestion ..thank u so much maam....I hav a small family..v r four...wife n two school going kids out of whom one is going to b in 9th...n this car will b with me for next 12 to 14 years for sure...so many features in alcazar n carens r very useful...I agree that Hycross is big but totally plain in terms of facilities...I can wait a bit till facelift of carens is released so that I get a better comparison and any thng above 25lakh is premium..all these cars reach that price range..let's c ..dont you think so..plz read full n advice...

We also considered Alcazar & Carens before finalizing Hycross. Cons we found with Alcazar was its declining sales (Please check sales statistics) and the lacking road presence. Carens being the lower end product in this segment, it was not considered. Of course lack of features is a problem with Hycross. But guarantee of the given features is the plus point. We don't have any complaint about the total vehicle / any feature in that.

@@peterpaul765 first of all thankyou for ur lovely comments. Happy to know that u liked this video. True that Hycross doesnt have many accessories. But the comfort for driver and passengers, spacious interiors and good mileage.. All these we are really happy about.. Now we keep looking forward for long drives..any way final choice shld be made based on the budget and specific needs as a family.. My husband is also die hard fan of Toyota like u😊 We also did intensive research for many months before finalising on this. Happy to tell u that we are not regretting this decision.. Happy and safe driving to you and family in the coming years..🥰

Sir n ma'am .namaskaram....may I ask u one or two thngs more...I am a very very sedentry kind of driver...I prefer smooth n hassle free driving..not at all a driving enthusiast...m a kind of max 90kmph driver ..with my kind of driving I thnk mileage shud b ok.... 1.as my high way riding is going to b quite less , how much I will miss cruise control , adas, blind view monitor/blind view cam etc....i think blind view can b managed through 360 degree cam, right?? 2. Next question is really do we need to upsize the tyre from 16 to 17/18....r these 16 inch tyres comfrtble for this vehicle ..do u really miss the tpms facility

@@peterpaul765 Cruise control is good when you are driving in a good highway (means uninterrupted). Once you apply brake, cruise control gets in activated. Tyre size of GX is 16". In fact it looks small for this vehicle. However, while riding you dont feel the difference.
