Hi mam, i am ambika karteek, first of all, i have to thank you for sharing this video about how to prepare hydrabadi veg biryani in simple steps that to in a very clear manner...my husband studied in hydrabad and loves biryani like anything , i am from bangalore , i never knew about biryani before...but after marraiage we had a challenge , if at all i make perfect hydrabadi biryani, he would appreciate me and gift me a saree...i accepted the challenge and searching for videos , then i came across ur receipe looked very simple and easy, i tried and u dont beleive, it came out awesome...he was full happy and gifted me saree , and i prepare this whenever relatives from hydrabad come to my home,..they say it is the best...credit goes to you mam....thanks a lot...u r the best...

Pulao: steamed vegetables and rice with limited spices, Fried rice: fried vegetables and rice without spices, briyani : steamed rice, veges, etc...with lot of spices and good aroma

Kinjal Shah yes certainly..The spices and saffron should bring out flavors. But cannot replicate the original. It will still taste just a great. I have made a veg version too
