Good tips but do those additions to your water in the morning break your fast? I’m intermittent fasting skipping breakfast and I wonder if it would defeat the point. Thanks

Thanks for writing in! The citrus is the only one that has the potential but it depends how much you're using as trace amounts are usually fine. But the rest should be just fine. Best of luck! -The FMP Team

How much P. H. salt should I add to 20 oz water? And can I do the ACV, salt, & lemon together?

Grat questions! The general rule of thumb is 1/4tsp of PHHSS for every gallon of water consumed. So for 20oz, a pinch or two is a good place to start. And yes, the ACV/Salt/Lemon actually work really well together. Best of luck! -The FMP Team
