Respect for showing the cutting resistance of the $1000 prosthetic and then destroying something that expensive. I would have be so hesitant just because of the price.

That was cool! I never expected the human tooth to hold that much - I expected it to be quite strong due to it's shape, but not really that strong after seeing the other teeth get crushed. Sharp teeth can indeed cut thru softer materials easily, but when pushed against something harder, their advantage is turned against them. All the force gets concentrated to a small area and they break very easily. That zirconium dioxide was quite impressive as well - even harder to cut than some of those "angle grinder resistant" bike locks I watched some test's of recently. But that material probably isn't cheap and I guess it's still too brittle to use in a lock (it would resist cutting better - but just hit it with a hammer would do the trick instead).

Where did they get the perfectly good human tooth? Questions need to be asked.

The shark's tooth is the sharpest one. You should use it for an experience about the sharpest materials.

Aren’t dental teeth or crowns enamel? I have a filling that’s enamel....

Your natural teeth have enamel, too. But I had teeth that came in without enamel. They were incredibly sensitive to high and low temperatures to the point of pain. You may have had the same thing but the whole tooth is not enamel.
