Boa noite, vocês podem me ajudar? minha mãe tem um ferida de pressão, ela ficou muito tempo internada na UTI e saiu de lá com uma ferida que ficou com pus e fibras expostas, usei aquela placa cinza que limpou tudo, depois passei para esse hydrogel, mas já uso há quase um ano e o buraco que ficou não fecha, tem túnel mas tudo está vermelho, mas não cicatriza, que devo fazer? acho que os enfermeiros no Brasil não sabem usar esse gel, me mandam usar todos os dias e lavar antes com soro, fechar com gaze! está tudo limpo mas não fecha, vocês podem me dizer o que fazer por favor, comprarei tudo que for necessário, obrigada. ( minha mãe tem 82 anos e é bem magrinha, ela tem alzheimer, ela anda, senta, come bem a cada 2 horas e dou suplemento vitamínico a ela) abraço!

you need to go to doctor so they can remove the PUS, the yellowish is infected so it will grow bigger inside and eat up the muscles. So they will do debridement and remove all dead cells inside, it will have holes in it it takes months to heal. Cream cannot heal stage 3 bedsore.
