In in Amazon trays, no weights?

The dome with top cover tends to act as the cover/weight of old. What I mean is that I cover the dome in these with a face towel. It's shown in a couple other Amazon Tray grows. That towel serves as a weight of sorts for sunflowers and peas which are the ones that most need the weight. I do have 1/2lb circular bar weights that I've always used and had planned to use them on top of the towel/dome, but I wanted to keep the process as simple as possible when I first started, so I trialed without them. I found the dome with towel sufficient weight. One can put weight on top of the dome still, but it's not needed with most other micros.

Thank you for this video! My peas are really leggy and don’t have as many leaves as what yours show. I am using Dun Peas from True Leaf Market. What type are the ones here? Also what did you do with the other peas you had already soaked but didn’t fit in the tray?

Speckled Pea. I put the extra peas in the compost bin. Unfortunately, some sacrifices are needed to advance in other ways.

Sounds like maybe one of your growing steps, not the seeds. I have had grerat success with dunn peas from true leaf market.

@@CryptoDailyNews1 Me too. I've grown 3 quite well in the past. Dunn was another. I can't remember the 3rd. There's a video of all 3 in the same tray though.

I would say it was still successful but it took like 14 days for it to get as bushy as this video, at 7 days it was tall and leaves just at the top. I did originally have a 4 lb weight on it since the book said peas should have a weight, so maybe that was it. I'll try without a weight next time like this video.
