Happy Birthday week, Diane. I am choosing to thrive this summer! Love been able to be out and about more each day. Doing your 15 minutes ou t walk and 15 minutes back each day. Seeing more of family and friends, than I have in two years. Get a few things done but taking each day as a gift.and making sure I am not wasting it. Heading to a cottage this weekend for swimming, kayaking and more outdoors. I just had my 75th birthday, but not letting the number hold me back. . Have a wonderful summer.

Happy birthday Diane 🎂I had my little surgery two weeks ago and my son used my routine chart (no zone cleaning other than his usual), and our house ran perfectly, no snags. He found the routines easy to follow and actually would like to take on some of the tasks as his own. Yippee! Thank you for all your encouragement and ideas. Enjoy your summer 🌸🌼

Dear Diane, after a mixture of falling of the track, a depressiv episode from late fall to spring and pre menopausal "I don't want to do all the cleaning" even though everybody else in the family works fulltime and I only 25 hours per week, I finally have more energy and thanks to the routines you taught me it is so much easier to get my life and my house back! First of all, it never got REALLY bad (surprisingly routines helped with that 😉) but secondly I also have come to know that I can manage the work in small doses and I am even getting better at taking breaks during the cleaning process. Hi, Diane, although it’s hot, I always feel a fresh breeze while watching your videos💨. Cosy summer plans, not forgetting the routines including the pamper routines, haha! My favourite pamper routine: pretending, the garden is an extra room in summer and doing everything outside: eating, reading, knitting, painting, preparing the veggies for lunch and dinner. My favourite drink is a smoothie with cooked and cooled down rhubarb, mixed with fresh or frozen strawberries🍓, maple syrup and yogurt 🍹, cheers and skål! Love, Monika❣

And survived . ... You may be "cheered" to know the first thing we accomplished was collect over 12 winter mouse houses Inc occupants; An addition to my daily morning routine for a couple of days. These mugs! I have those too! In pink and blue... (For me this bird is a symbol for my father who passed away last year, so special! And you have them too...) I hope you will enjoy them as well as we do! What I like to do for selfcare in summer is getting fruit from our garden (strawberry's, rasberry's, later also grapes, apples, plums and pears) and enjoy eating them, listening to the birds, feel the weater and be quiet.

I'm lucky enough to be off from work for a little while. Coming out of a deep depression (I resigned from an exceptionally stressful job), I am slowly building up my workout routine and self care things. Establishing a calisthenics routine, slow and steady tortoise style, and learning how to play the ukelele ten minutes a day are top on my self care items.

To be able to go further and longer with a little bit of support gives us the chance of enjoying the beautiful landscapes and sceneries even more.
