I guess Hygger does have a short memory. About a year they sent me the water change setup. I issue was that ir was used. The hose was full of water droplets and eveything was just thrown in the box and all the plastic packaging was torn open. I reached out to them and sent them the unboxing video. They said they were sorry and would send me a new one. About a month later they sent me an email saying i had broken the agreement to do the review. I explained to them what had happened and was waiting on the replacement. They apologized and said they would send out a replacement. About 2 weeks later they sent me an email stating they would no longer be collaborating with me for failure to fulfill the agreement. I did bother responding. This all happened about a year ago. Just last month i got the invitation to collaborate with their brand again 😂.

Is it true that the water evaporates but the salt don’t, so once it’s dialed in you can just top it of with tap water?

That is correct, as water in a marine tank evaporates you just top off with freshwater to maintain salinity. If you have a tight fitting lid you hardly need to top off at all.

👍 - Overall their products do blow . Most are ok at best for the short term if they are good at all. The durability of their stuff is garbage . A light lasting only a little over a year is suspect . Cheaply made products imo overall.
