If this was the guy i remember he was in Scott County,TN in the mid 1980s. He was a pastor at a large Baptist church. But he dissapeared after he was accused of having a affair with one of the decons wives.

Can you fill the viewers in on the context? I'm a couple minutes in, and I'm still not sure what a bus ministry is, who Wininger is, or what he was accused of.

stufffundieslike Thanks. Still a bit sketchy as to what a bus ministry is though. I have an idea, but I just want to clarify. EDIT: I'm actually watching it, and Gibbs' thought process is amazing. He lists all these states where accusations have occurred and it doesn't even occur to him to think, "Huh, maybe there are a lot of accusations because a lot of predators see the ministry as a means to hurt kids." Nope, conspiracy.

It's the same reason many people watch a video or read a book or essay on something they know little about. Most people are clueless about things when they start learning. The bus ministry is to bring kids to their false churches and molest children. Look it up it came on 20/20 and there's a lot more prove odd their misconduct.
