If a so called “man of God” feels the need to say “I’m important. I’m somebody”, they aren’t really a man of God. How disgusting. Ministers are to be servants just like Christ, not men who claim they’re “important” and “somebody”. Every child of God is “somebody” and “important”. For that matter, every person is. I’m just talking about in the context of the church, though. This man is not an example of a true man of God.

Paul talks about making a lot of noise and saying nothing if it's not done in brotherly love. He goes right against first Corinthians chapter 13. If this was the guy i remember he was in Scott County,TN in the mid 1980s. He was a pastor at a large Baptist church. But he dissapeared after he was accused of having a affair with one of the decons wives.

What if the young man that was sleepy was that way because he was up all night taking care of a sick family member? What if he was sleepy because he works two jobs while going to school?
