With the aim of making coffee that is special but not too niche, James has perfected a blend that pleases a wide audience without being too ubiquitous in taste. This has made his coffee bar wildly popular, having recently opened its fourth location in Toronto's trendy neighborhood of Queen & Ossington. We're there to talk to James about what makes their signature cappuccino so special, and he lets us in on his little secret.
