Chance has always been fond of sea shanties so when Ubisoft contacted HF for a song for their game, they hit paydirt! This isn't a music video - it's a mini-movie with great acting, singing, harmonies, Adam's crazy beatboxing & even a story! (Something most movies now lack). There's guitar & mandolin playing but all the rest is Adam.

Adam is doing it with just his voice the pounding on the table it just for effect you can see in the live version it all him Adam always looks like he playing a air drum set 😊 They are releasing a remake of Ring Of Fire on Friday

He may pound the table live. I know he does for Sea Shanty as part of the beat (shown in the life recording of the Sea Shanty). I have not seen Skull and Bones live though.

No it's not, it's Rob. The photographer focused on Adam at that point but if you watch him you can see he's beatboxing and even though he's absolutely brilliant he can't produce words at the same time.

The song was in the beta of the game when I played it! I hope they keep it in. You can press a direction on the controller dpad to cycle through shantys to raise the morale of your crew and this song was one of them and it was being sung by Home Free.

When I did a deep dive into the credits, there are people there who have IMDB entries. The actress who was the lead has been in a number of TV programs that I recognize. This moves from "music video" to "short film".

I just saw an ad for this game on Twitter/X and this song was being played, so Ubisoft is definitely using it.

I love the story line in this version of the young lady working into the captaincy of the crew. Kind of wish you had pointed it out, but I realize it’s not really part of the music. The song and performance are outstanding. While not a gamer, I’m with you on the song missing from previews/teasers. It’s such a cool piece of music.

Finally the deserved video for this awesome song. Of course the video of the game and the live performance was great too, but this video is beyond amazing. Phenomenal how it looks. The Home Free guys as the perfect pirates. Especially Chance. If it were up to me, they could make a whole movie. In any case, I will watch it with 5 of those handsome, cool pirates.🏴‍☠️🥰

This song was quite epic to hear live as well. I hope it becomes something they do more regularly during their shows, personally. I'm a little nervous about the game, or rather, the company behind it... I don't have the biggest amount of fate in Ubisoft as a company. I know my pc can't handle the game anyway, so I'll only ever watch other people play it. I do hope it looks as epic as advertised though.

The Wellerman cover is made by 2Wei, and both songs full versions have not been used as far as I see, just snippets. Had to search them up in order to hear it all when I first heard them which was hard to do with the Wellerman one until it popped up on my Spotify.

Wasn't that great! We've been waiting for this official video by Home Free for awhile now. It felt like I was watching a movie. Home free is so talented & they can do any genre of music. Chance loves sea shanties & he wrote this song for the game "Skull & Bones". His deeper voice sounded great for this song. And of course all the background harmonies of the guys, Tim's bass & Adam's fabulous vocal percussion.

Yes he is leaving but it was not HER decision. He is a full grown man who simply wants to settle down, perhaps start a family and enjoy being home for Xmas. He has given 12 years to his group he is ready to move on. That's all. Everyone said it wouldn't be right when Chris left because he founded them etc... and chance worked out great. Let Austin have his life. He is entitled to it.
