After being plant-based for almost 15 years and still feeling borderline gross some of the time, I got an autoimmune, reactive arthritis from an oral surgery antibiotic resistant infection. A plant doc suggested Dr. Goldner's protocol, which I have been doing for 20 days. 20 days ago I could hardly walk and wanted to die. Today, I am 95% pain-free and moved 2 yards of garden soil all by myself. I'm energized but not manic-y. I'm happy, calm ,and peaceful. Even as a child, I didn't have much energy. I'm almost sixty and think I might take up marathon running. I feel amazing. I just hope the other shoe doesn't drop, but if it does, it was worth everything to feel this way the last few days. Just wow! I"ll be high raw forever.

Laughing hysterically is certainly not a kind or informed response to the many of us who are very sensitive to the poisons and cumulative effect of those anti nutrients that do in fact exist in every veggie. If you're not affected, then thank God but please don't laugh at us. In case you're wondering I'm finding a huge relief and healing by eating a clean carnivore diet.
@jenns6063

@@nomikopp387 It is most certainly an "informed" response if you actually read my comment. I laugh because they are "afraid" of oxalates but NOT of the poisons, toxins and non-food items found in fast food. Example: McDonald's french fries have 54 ingredients. As far as "kind".... 🙄

Dr. G, I can’t thank you enough for doing this excellent public service. Most people nowadays say yeah, you can do this, and in seven days, you will be better, pain-free, and have life back but they never actually show how and keep the secret to themselves and make us pay for the supplements that don’t do anything. You are the first Doctor I know who showed me how to take back my life. I love you and pray that you and your family are healthy and happy for the rest of your lives. Keep spreading God's gift to you to this world. Ty❤

I’ll take organic limes, one lime and about one and a half cups of water, put it in the vita mix, blend for about fifteen seconds. Fill an ice cube tray with the liquid and freeze. When I need to add a lime to anything, I take out a cube of lime from the tray and use. I buy organic lime so I wash the lime and vita mix with the skin and all. This is a life saver in time and no loss in flavor, in fact flavor is intensified.

I discovered you this week and went on your hyper-nutritional protocol straight away. I've been interested in food for health most of my life and have jumped on and off the band wagon with various detoxing etc. Your approach is totally different and very informative. I totally understand inflammation now. My partner has arthritis so he has jumped onto this too because I've been able to explain more to him thanks to you. I'm half Spanish and live in Spain so have consumed a lot of olive oil in my daily diet and could never understand why I couldn't lose weight. Now you've explained the omega 3 contrast to the cells it all makes so much sense to me. I'm on day 6 now and feel so energised and, weirdly, happy. I'm walking down to the shops every day to get my greens as a way of exercise and feel great doing it. I've also been growing veggies this year and have been adding beet tops to the smoothies too. It's like the piece the puzzle I've been looking for for so long. I only wish I'd known this years ago for my children to grow up being this way. I've been sharing your videos all over this place but this one is fantastic for those who don't need to know the science just need to have it working. You are so inspiring and I thank you for your quest to make us all happy and healthy x x x

How can I make my smoothie sweeter?
@songbirdmedows

I started this hypo nourish smoothie when I first found out about it in March of this year. My starting date was March 25/23 217 days ago. I love it it’s expensive unfortunately but there’s so many things I don’t buy anymore so it works. I’m also down 16 pounds without trying. Chef AJ told me that I wasn’t doing things right and that’s why I wasn’t losing weight. Obviously my body just needed something more because I was doing everything right. In 2015 I started WFPBNO and have stuck to it continuously and wasn’t able to shed any weight whatsoever until I started doing the smoothie. I added it to my daily routine and now the weight has come off and I’m so happy. I was really discouraged when chef AJ told me I was doing something wrong but Dr. Goldner helped me.

Love this. I do not have any particular illness and have been WFPB vegan for the last 4 years - which had a very big and good impact on my health and weight. BUT - I started hypernourishing in March and it has been a game changer! The biggest difference is in how quickly I recovered from a round of covid compared to others in my family AND almost best of all: my husband keeps saying 'That stuff you are eating must be making a big diffeence. You used to be a slow walker and now you walk faster than me and it is hard to keep up'. No stiffness, no fatiguw after a long walk. Wonderful! 🙂

Blueberry Raspberry Dark red cherry Chia seeds Spinach/kale Oats 100% dark cocoa powder I also usually added store plant milk but apparently they can be bad for stomach acid so I think I won't use that anymore. I enjoyed your video. During covid, I did the 30 day green smoothie challenge and expanded it to 45 days. I wish I had never stopped my daily routine, and hope to start again with summer here and all the wonderful farm market produce available. I do use a Vitamix which is probably 4 years old to blend. I was taught to blend my spinach and water first and then add the balance of ingredients. It works really well for me and may help your viewers with less powerful blenders as well. I've been reading some of the comments below and I'm very excited to read more from your viewers that have eczema, as I have it now too. made my first smoothie today and it tasted pretty good.. just diagnosed with RA and as usual Dr's put me on methotrexate, but it was messing with my eyes and memory so I stopped. .trying to figure out an adequate diet after only being able to eat plain rotisserie chicken and gluten free corn Chex and almond milk....without painful joint attacks that would keep me on the couch for days... I"ve lost 113 lbs the last 7 months not being able to eat..... hoping watching your videos will help me learn how to go about this journey... not really sure what else to consume during my Hyper-Nourish ..not sure if eating plain no seasoning chicken will counteract the smoothies?????? hoping this smoothie regime will eventually heal my gut.... keep up the great work in helping all of us with inflammation issues,,so glad I found both of your video's

Edward, chicken is high in Omega fatty acids but not the good one (it has 6 instead of 3) so it will counteract the good Omega fatty acids in the flax and chia seeds. Also, rotisserie chicken is apparently raised really poorly on a mass scale and is not healthful for us. Watch her videos, she'll show you how to eat.

You got me. Liked, subscribed to both channels and shared. Wow this lady has me amped about making an all greens smoothie. I thought I was alone on wanting to max out the greens but no more! 16oz a day will be my goal! Is eating a 16oz smoothie of broccoli the same nutritionally as 16oz of kale/spinach/chard etc...? Is the broccoli even better?

Bajra seed is the best. Dry roast on low heat till light brown. Cool it & pulse in a blender to course cut. Carefully minimize powdering. Cook like rice, but with extra water. May add salt & ghee. Bring to boil & simmer at Miriam low heat. May need, add extra hot water. Till it softens. I do not use pressure cooker. After cooling I store in glass square casserole (they stack well & optimize storage space in refrigerator). Serving time it’s part of each of my salads day & night. Or add to any cooked vegetables while reheating two together. Versatile enough to go with anything. Stores well in fridge. Weekly cooking is feasible. A surprise ingredient when included in any street food like Golgapa, Chaat, etc.(Indian Cuisine) Enjoy 🕉💐💕🎶🎉 🙏अश्वनी

I've listened a couple time. I'm sure I heard "You might want to grind or pre-soak the seeds." I thought it was only grinding that released the omega 3. Some on smoothie shred say it means presoak before grinding. Would love clarification.

Hi dr goldener I just bought your book and referred your videos to friends thank you for all that you do. I have question, with people like me who have colitis I heard it’s best to stay away from lectins and with tomato’s for example it is said the best way to eat those and bell peppers is to remove the seeds and skins what is your opinion on that?

What about high oxalate foods binding the calcium needed to increase bone density? I don't supplement with calcium and just get it from my greens and WFPB diet, but I have always heard that high oxalates (like that in spinach and chard) will bind with calcium and be excreted, decreasing the bioavailability and thus the absorption of the calcium. Thank you for your guidance on this :) .
