Honestly it makes sense why it doesn't - Hyper Sonic gives you a sense of exhilarating speed. It kind of conveys and gives you this feeling that you're an unstoppable force and that there's no time to wait.

You can transform into Hyper sonic without mods, you need 50 rings and 7 emeralds, then put the GOD command, then you transform jumping + spin and that's it

This was made for Icezer's Super Sonic. But I don't doubt that Marcos will re-purpose this for MRealm's Hyper form. Yes, Super Sonic has a Hyper form. Beat Black Hole as him, you'll know when you're able to transform.
