Sophitia. Someone that is NEVER allowed to have a happy ending apparently, once it was clear in SC2 they were done with her (evident by not adding her in the arcade version). All of her efforts to try and help her family end up backfiring and making things even worse. All culminating in the absolute bullshit that is "the shard close to her heart." a.k.a. Plot Convenience. Which was never mentioned beforehand (the closest we got was her blood being cursed and her old wounds aching). And even when they kill her off, her sacrifice is in vain because Tira STILL gets what she wants for being an absolute creep (she could've done with having a seat with Chris Hanson). Best Girl Sophitia deserved so much better than this filth.

And her husband died of some sudden illness, Her sister is stuck in the Astral Chaos and her young brother is nowhere to be seen. So yeah, the Alexandra family got the worst ending of Soul Calibur 4, lore wise. Sophitia just can’t catch a break.
