great review, only flaw in it was the microphone, which was directed to the left side of my headphone! Liked!

Sadly I noticed it too late :(. Its something to do with recording in mono and stereo, still getting the hang of everything. Other than that I hope you enjoyed it!

Learning audio editing is hard :( didn’t realize it was set to stereo rather than mono while recording. But with all mistakes you learn and get better 😂. Thank you so much, I really appreciate it!

Yeah it seems like it doesn't filter much light. With natural lighting or some light shining it looks great though.

Glad I didn't get the puddy, much too bright for me personally. Does crease of yours have a gap? Mine does and its kinda annoying cause I don't want dust getting into it.

Dust and particles eventually get into every keyboard. I regularly clean it either by removing the keycaps or with a condensed air can!

I brought the same keyboard and I put the black pudding keycaps because they were the only ones I could find but I wish I can Change the rgb from the software but I don’t have a pc I have a PS4

The keyboard has its own memory, so if u were to plug it into a MacBook and change some setting then unplug it and connect the keyboard to a desktop than those setting would remain the same. Not sure if it's the same with ps4 tho

for the software you don't need it in the background anymore. I think they fixed it. If u save the keyboard to any of the top left selections then shut the softeware, it should start to work. Because when I did this it worked for me

Keyboard comes with three options configured, but for in depth changes you need the program!

you dont need the software to be running, i have a hyperx alloy fps rgb and i connect to my ps4 while using the custom light profile i have saved

Really depends on your preference. The light shines through great on both however if you want a sleek look go for the black ones, if you rather something like mine or something a bit more impactful go for white!

Nice vid!!!! Planning on getting the one with aqua switch. A quick question, i saw a review somewhere that said the lighting for the keyboard is set to default as soon as the NGENUITY software is closed. Is that true?

Nice! I hope you enjoy it! The keyboard comes default with three settings however you can save a profile through ngenuity and swap the setting for whatever you choose in the software :)

That used to happen but as far as I know, the onboard memory works fine now and should save your profiles after the software is closed

Well, the Anne Pro 2 is a great 60%. If you want a hefty aluminum body with great rgb, amazing switches and a bigger design (TKL), I would consider swapping!

The HyperX reds are completely linear and the aquas are slightly tactile, that's a very important detail which you got wrong.

I quoted HyperX saying the Aquas were more like a brown switch rather than a blue, rather tactile and not as clicky @4:08. This is exactly what the HyperX description had at the time I recorded this.

@@Nickyo I didn't mean to attack what you said but the way you said it seemed wrong. With this type of thing you have to be very accurate. Not only are the reds completely liner but even the aquas are smooth tactile. It seemed like you move both a bit toward the click side.

@@Nickyo Ah, I remember now what got to me the most, you said it's a nice intermediate point. Linear switches are at one end of the spectrum, it's the tactiles which you could call intermediate although that would also be inaccurate. Also, you referred and quoted the aquas and said, "This one is more like a brown switch and it's rather tactile then clicky". When you did that you zoomed in on to the keyboard which could and did lead to the misconception that you were referring to your own keyboard. This type of thing is very important to keep in mind when writing and presenting since no matter how intelligent the audience, the first conclusion/understanding should be correct without requiring any deeper thought.

Well, its a difficult question. If you have the time to build a custom keyboard you can probably find something decent for around 100-150$. If you just want a decent high quality and sturdy tkl, this is probably your best bet for mass produced keyboards!
