Hypnobirthing Classes - What to Expect

We took the hypnobirthing course when we were 24 weeks along and it was the best decision ever! First thing I got from the course was to feel brave enough to actually connect with our baby and learnt how to carry on doing so. We finished the course and both my husband and I felt that WE CAN DO THIS any time, anywhere. Definitely people should take this course!

Hi there. A lot of my pregnant friends have been using my videos alongside hypnobirthing as a way to relax during the later stages of their pregnancies and also during labour. One of them suggested I reach out to hypnobirthing teachers to see if my videos can help others.
