Marvelous reading of an absolutely mind-bending story. Truly one of Lovecraft's best in my opinion.

Love this vein of story... The mysteries of sleep... This was a young HP standing on Poe's shoulders, I think he did a serviceable job. I really appreciate hearing these stories interpreted by you after having read them many years ago... Always hear new stuff, stuff that I had missed

"Hypnos" is a short story by American horror fiction writer H. P. Lovecraft, penned in March 1922 and first published in the May 1923 issue of National Amateur. The story is a first-person narrative, written from the perspective of an unnamed character living in Kent and later London, England. The narrator writes that he fears sleep, and is resolved to write his story down lest it drive him further mad, regardless of what people think after reading it. I have always preferred these stories to his Cthulhu mythos, it's a shame that many people don't delve farther into his work

Not gonna lie, your voice made me half expectant to hear you say "Oh, my brothers" and "Your dear narrator" as if you were Alex DeLarge recounting tales of his youth I like it
