I'm 21 turning 22 this year and i was diagnosed with hypothyroidism not long ago. This has definitely made an impact on my daily life especially exercising. I used to be a runner in high school and it's not the same anymore. Having this condition makes me sad and wish i was back to normal again. It sucks for sure but im trying to keep hope alive it gets better and for others who struggle with this. I feel your pain mentally and physically.

Hi, Thank you for all your videos! I/m in nursing school and has helped me so much because of COVID I have been all online and wasn't provided with any lectures. Hypo/Hyperthyroidism is so complex and so much to understand. I have hypothyroidism and believe it is due to genetics, my mom has it and family members both on the paternal and maternal side have this disease. I am very skinny though and tend to be underweight the majority of the time, I still don't understand why or how?
