yeah I was waiting for this, and wanli is my favourite hyukoh song as well, I am just addicted to it since its release. Oh Hyuk was raised up in Northern China before he went back to Korea for uni, so his mandarin is pretty decent, that said, this song only contains 4 lyric lines (repeating twice) lol. Also this song was rejected by Jeong Hyeong-don in the 2015 infinity challenge music festival, but I'm glad they included this song in this album, dope

I love mad max, so I was really excited when I watched this mv since it had a similar feel to it visually. Also, the song is really epic for sure. I can imagine driving down a long stretch of road with nothing on it, just you and this song, and feeling really powerful.

The songs from this band are completely different from the rest of the korean music. The Koreans are more of love, relationship and they have very delicate feelings. But this bold guy is showing vastness, heaviness and broadness type of music which can not be found in Korea.

So maybe it's about Communism (since he grew up in Northern China like another commenter said). Like the things the government did are forgotten and pushes behind us and we only look at the moon. Chairman Mao actually convinced Chinese people to collect steel in efforts to become more industrial and so that China could reach the moon. It's in a lot of Communist propaganda from the time. The red/orange they're wearing could also be a reference to Communism. Communism is still alive in China even though it's different now. So this makes sense.
