Next year Safari and Harrier are going to get 4*4(4 wheel drive) or AWD(All wheel drive), updated infotainment system, wireless charging, a new 2 litre turbo petrol, 360 degree camera with parking assist, updated connectivity features in which you will get some more features to control from your phone, etc. I am sure it will take out the market of other SUVs especially Hyundai and that's the reason Hyundai launched alcazar 2 months before which was planned to be in August because they knew they will get big sales down when these cars will get this update so launch fast and collect as much profit as they can from Indian market.👍

@@user-wl1kf6ys9y your wrong both are not same. 4WD vehicles run rear wheel drive and when you get into offroad conditions you have different lever near gearbox through which you turn 4WD whereas AWD is always on you can't off that thing and also it's more expensive because AWD is controlled by computer. Now Tata has more chance of giving 4WD because it's cheaper but as it is land rover derived platform in Safari and Harrier the monocoque chassis will be better optimized for AWD as all land rovers and range rover have 4WD enhanced which is AWD

Today I did take the test drive of New Alcazar. Drive comfort excellent. Exterior looks excellent. Inside dash board excellent Instrument cluster excellent. Finally Very poor third row. Alcazar failed and disappointed us by not giving a ample leg room area in third row. It’s rather more awkward than the Ertiga of Maruthi Suzuki.

Comparing the millage, boot space, better value with luxury is what people need more. And moreover, Alcazar has a better build quality in the interior where safari had cheaper material.
