Hyundai Muffler Delete GONE WRONG

just bought a 2021 and the previous owner unbolted the muffler and lost the bolts i took it to a local muffler shop and had them remove the muffler and put a nice big single tip. Cost 175$ took less than an hour. Suprisingly still fairly quite for straight pipe's. The stock exhaust is 2.5inch so no real need for a full kit other than a down pipe and high flow cat/delete. There is also a resonator that you could remove.

Im surprised i don't the hate it. If you step up the pipe diameter it should deepen. And if find a larger oval resonated tip that should cut back on buzz.

Right? Everything will change once I remove the mid pipe that has the secondary cat and resonator. I'm gonna need a muffler at that point!

@@KarzKreated you might get away with just stepping up in size the pipe you have and a large resonated tip. If you get rid of resonator mid pipe it will drone like crazy. And will sound like a angry swarm of bees. Ain't nobody got time to hear that !
