Had my 2.0 ltr diesel (134 bhp) for 1 week now, and its a surprisingly quiet and smooth drive with plenty of power, the AWD I recommend too. Front and rear sensors plus rear camera make it easy to park and the turning circle is even better than i hoped. Love it!

+JR Sarabia hi JR mines is the 1.7 diesel se nav and it is one of the best cars I have ever owned

ordered 1 in october, was sold on the price,looks and warranty, i was a ford man but the kuga titaniumspec model was 4kmore than the se nav tucson i got. Also got 4k scrappage deal for my 01 kangoo, no brainer and its lovely to drive,not as nippy as some suvs but plenty

Good review...... Is this the Moon Rock or White Sand colour? I'm considering 'upsizing' my car again, and have now narrowed it down from initially four options to this new 2015 Hyundai Tucson Premium SE (range topper). Or the new 2015 CX5 Sport Nav (again the range topper). I have now test-driven both and the Mazda does somewhat feels better to drive and more connected to the road, but the Tucson has more kit included as standard, looks more stylish and it also drove well too - the 1.7 But I'd probably go for the 2.0 2wd for a little more power/grunt. So undecided lol.

I dont understand what he means by "you would have to be a maverick to buy a 1.6l petrol". I am looking at buying one and seems decent, I can only assume he means the return on the miles per galleon.

Premium se trim has both but premium trim only has the the EPB

Don’t get me wrong I love the looks of the Tucson but the Ix35 had a bit more charisma and looked less generic the Tucson is nice but I prefer the looks of the ix35

the only reason that puts me off this car is that's it's made in Korea.....they eat dogs. I love dogs, there my life, I own 4 and I don't want to be putting them in a car which the people that made it may be eating dogs.

Korean dog meat eating is a thing of the past quite frankly and was only carried out by a very small male part of the population. (I know as my wife is Korean). It's really just a stupid comment. Why would you not buy a car because of this? I still buy things made in the UK even though you eat cows.
