Well planned considering Indian market and competition. Design and features are good. Manual in Diesel engine would be great with lower prices..... Option. Nice review

it's big because it was designed primarily for the US market where it's a middle class family vehicle. So it HAS to be big.

After one month, downsides: Wierless mobilephone charger is hidden in front of gear shifter, so I ofren forgot mobile in car (there is forgotting warning on small front screen but obviously not big or loud enough), after car is turned off there is no aditional time to close windows. Welcoming side mirrors are opening when you aproach the car which confuses you with unlocked status. Automatic shifeter buttons sometimes dosent shift, so you can move in unwanted direction - always must look on screen in which shift you are (R or D), piano plastic catch dust everyday too much. Front coalision alert do not work sometimes.. Everything else is perfect.

Only problem is the Hyundai name itself for two reasons - Not seen at par with EU, US and Japanese car brands - Pakistan fiasco still hurts - Hyundai Maintainance is on the higher side

Hyundai can increase Tucson's sales figures upto 1000-1500/month from there expected target of 5000/month, by doing just 3 changes in its Platinum petrol variant... 1. Giving option of manual transmission 2. Adding ventilated seats along with window curtains. 3. Last and most important... @ starting price of 23-24 Lakhs(Ex-showroom).... Bur I fear if they do all these changes in Tucson, Hyundai may not be able to meet out increase demand because of it's CKD production....
