Ikr I'd expect Mukuro or K1-B0 who are legit epic fighters, especially considering Danganronpa characters like them (and Sakura, Peko, Maki, Nekomaru, Kamakura, etc) are the only ones who stand any chance against MHA's decently-strong characters (seriously, Syo/Jill/Jack only stood a chance here because Toga is barely even superhuman to begin with as opposed to Iida, Izuku, Bakugo and others who can move at Mach 3+ speeds and hit with multiple tons of power at minimum).

He's fast, but Syo is easily as fast if not faster (feats of dodging missiles) and her scissors could majorly jack up his hands and fingers... y'know, the exact limbs he needs to use his powers? As the video demonstrated (and what Ultra Despaie Girls showcased), Syo can also fight from a distance via throwing knives, giving her a major edge considering Shigaraki (again, not counting his latest upgrade) is mostly stuck to melee combat because of how his decaying power works.

I mean if we're qualifying in-game feats as canon power, Touko is... Borderline invincible. Ultra Despair Girls has her flat out *invincible* to all damage, only gradually losing battery charge for the stun gun she uses to incite her serial-killing transformation in the first place. She can backflip and show no signs of damage despite getting punched in the face by a giant robot, for instance, which for scaling would put her able to clash with literal giants like Shigaraki's bodyguard Gigantomachia.
