When the Nintendo rep would come to our store, if he was bringing in something we sold, we were to mark it with a sticker. Just to make sure he wasn't stealing store inventory. So I'm guessing he had to go to a Wal-Mart to test the kiosk, and they put that sticker on it to mark it.
