A lot of places that are buying up houses and properties, are buying just off the pictures on the site. A company from India bought the apartments behind my house site unseen. They bought a money pit! Built in the early 60's it was suppose to be all homes like mine. They couldn't sell the homes and took the rest of the property for subdivision and built apartments on it. I called the county for a permit to run gasline in the house. They was telling me about the plot drawing for the properties and it was showing houses wherr the apartments are. I told them no houses it was apartment. They pulled up google maps and said those are suppose to be houses just like the one I own and living in. Oh and I didn't need a permit to run a gasline through my house. Just let the gas company check it when they turn it on. Lmfao. Seriously!

Holy shizzle, the deck job by WoodButcher is scabaceous , the stone and tile work was done by Barney Rubble, and the plumbing by DrainurWallet would make an outhouse blush. This has McBlarney's taste for the underhandedness written all over it. It definitely is above and beyond the High End range---it's more like the Twilight Zone.

Sad part is that all that square footage of cultured stone is now a waste as is the time it took to install it all. Even doing things wrong on this scale takes a lot of time and in the case of the deck, I’d argue it would be faster to have built it all new properly. A bad job isn’t a good deal at any price.

I had to hold the flashlight for my dad when i was younger and watched alot of youtube and did my house, the only parts that are messed up is where my wife insisted on “helping” like not waiting for me to level the floor and she installed all the laminate floor boards over an uneven floor while i was at work. even then its no where near as bad as this house.

Back when we were house-hunting, we saw a few like that. Just horrible slapped together flips that were falling apart. One even smelled like the last owner perished, wasn't found for a few days, and had been removed just in time to slap up a coat of paint. The house we chose has issues, but at least it's not literally falling apart.

After my house burned in the Woolsey fire in 2018 we had to go do some house hunting. Saw a few of these out here where I am in Southern California. They looked great in Zillow but man when you got up close, they were just a nightmare that you could see was about to happen. Needless to say, we walked away from those places. The place we ended up in had a few issues, but they were easily fixed.
