സത്യം പറയട്ടെ കൊതി വന്നു പോയി ഇൻഡ്രോ കണ്ടപ്പോൾ .. ചുവന്ന ചട്നി കണ്ടപ്പോൾ എന്റെ അമ്മോ കണ്ടറോൾ പോയി .. ഈശ്വരാ .. പഞ്ഞി പോലുള്ള ഇഡലിയും നല്ല ചട്നിയും പഠിച്ചിട്ടു തന്നെ കാര്യം .. റേഷൻ അരികൊണ്ടും ഉണ്ടാക്കാം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ മുഖത്തൊരു സന്തോഷം .. അരിയും , ഉഴുന്നും കുതിരാൻ വച്ച വെള്ളം കളയാതെ ഇതിൽ ചേർക്കുന്നത് കണ്ടപ്പോൾ ശരിക്കും ആകാംഷ !! അരിയും ഉഴുന്നും അരച്ചതിൽ കൂടുതൽ സമയം വയ്ക്കാൻ ഉള്ള മാവ് ആണെങ്കിൽ ഉപ്പ് ഇടേണ്ട എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞത് പുതിയ അറിവായിരുന്നു !! പിന്നീട് ചട്നി ( ഉള്ളി ചമ്മന്തി ) ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നത് കണ്ടപ്പോൾ ഇപ്പോൾ ഇഡലി കഴിക്കാൻ തോന്നി 7 മണികുറിന് ശേഷം തട്ടം ചുടായതിന് ശേഷം ഇഡലി ഉണ്ടാക്കി ചൂടാറിയ ശേഷം ഇഡലി എടുത്തപ്പോൾ ഒന്നും പറയാനില്ല സൂപ്പർ !! ദൈവം അനുഗ്രഹിക്കട്ടെ 🙏🙏🙏
